Welcome to your journey into improved health and wellness, weight loss, increased energy, feeling more centered, more youthful and in harmony with your life’s purpose. We work with clients at all different ages, levels of knowledge about fitness and different levels of health. You may be making some changes in your life but lack clarity as to where to go next. You may feel unhealthy and overwhelmed.
Rest assured that you have arrived in the right place at just the right time.
At Desert Health and Yoga, through voluminous research and many years of practical study and personal experience, we have learned that healing all of the above issues can be simple and straightforward. Notice I did not say “easy”, because there is a certain quantum of effort that must be put forth by each individual. However, you do not need to be confused and bewildered by the tremendous mass of information about health and wellness that comes in to your life through friends, family, media, doctors and other experts. You are busy living your life and we will meet you right where you are on your path and guide you to the best version of yourself that you can imagine!

Had he looked upward, he would have seen that there was a small door at the top of the cave that would have led him to the light of the world above.”
So it is with all of us. Our ability to observe and follow what is best for us in necessarily impaired by our human condition. But if we stop, look, listen (especially to ourselves and our bodies), it turns out that the solution to our problem is usually close at hand. The discipline we need is not to “keep digging” (i.e. work more/exercise harder/obsessively think about) in the paradigm that we are living, it is the discipline to become quiet and hear the important information in ourselves and the guides that we choose!
